Is SW addictive for you?

It tends to be more so for me when in-person life /relationships aren't going well.

Think its fair to say there are many here because of such struggles .. that come for the connection / support they can find at times. Not surprising it can become addictive in those situations, when people are most vulnerable.

I know several here wrestle with the whole FOMO thing, but I could fall off tomorrow and not skip a beat in life because it’s not my life…it’s merely a little part of it. There’s definitely some cool people who bring about some pretty nifty and heartfelt exchanges, but there’s the other side of this site that makes it really easy to take some steps back and bring reminders of why you can’t get sucked into it. It’s just too much sometimes and borderline unhealthy to be addicted to any form of social media. It’s too big of a time and energy waster and seriously compromising to one’s mental health.

No. But I have family on here I love and cherish. You know who you ares.

Well, I have left several times over the years since SW started and I keep coming back, so addiction is a plausible diagnosis.

Yes it’s pretty addictive, I have some good friends here.
