Can't see requests in my messages

I have a question.
I see that I have one PM request but when I open the requests it's empty.
How can I either see it or get rid of it ?

I rearly get request for pm when I do it's always the same things a person trying to push their only fans page or so guy asking me if I spank my youngest son because he's full of energy
