What do you think of long winded questions/posts that go on and on?

There are SOME well intentioned ones that drive me insane. I read a sentence or two...but it is like 20 densely packed paragraphs filled with blather blather blather and on and on and on...so if it's a friend of mine, I just respond with a smile emoji at the very end. I DON'T read it...because most of it is twaddle and pure crapola.
