I don't know but I would think any one whose been on SW for more than three days

would be very leery of posting their half dressed children on the images board

That they're not makes me think 2 things

a) they're not a parent
b) they're 100% a creep

If that person is a parent he/she/they are unbelievably naive to the pitfalls of the internet, which is possible.
However I'm giving credence to your option B.
