Can this user come back (new name and photo)?

Here's a different way to ask the question:

If I see a user like this:

with NO "last user name" or "last profile image",

can this person come back with a new name and profile image?

OR...is this actually the same as

Top | New | Old

SW-User means the account's been erased so the user in the first picture cannot recover that account because it no longer exists.

While in the second picture the account has been banned but the username is still there so the account still exists and I guess in theory that account could be recovered..

I mean some accounts are banned and SW-User while others still have a username but it's just the same as deactivated accounts with a grey cross on them, if it has a username it still exists if it says SW-User then it's been totally erased.

@SomeMichGuy Yes a grey 'X' doesn't mean they've been banned. Like you say if it has a username then they're just taking a break, if it says SW-User then they've cancelled the account and it no longer exists.

The red circle and a line through in the second picture down means they've actually been banned.

@AdaXI @SomeMichGuy I got banned a few times, for no reason, I got locked out, which is why I have so many accounts, but you can create new accounts with different email

Yes if she has a different email address it doesn’t matter if the password is the same I’ve done it

I think they can reactivate their account and change their username and profile picture

Or they can come back with a new account

Yeah - the first is a leaver on tgeir own
The second is banned.

Both can come back on new accounts but admin may delete the banned one again
