How TF do I stop getting all these notifications from SW??

I can't seem to find anything in the settings apart from what kind I want. Blocking them on my phone doesn't stop them either. I've even changed the app permissions to no notifications. They just won't stop!

@Kuronekko there's a place to archive them not delete if you select the trash icon they end up here
