Number of Profile Views?

I have a terrible memory and so find myself going back several times to check out a profile here on SW. Does anyone know whether each visit is counted as a new view or does SW know you've been before and only count new views?

It would help me to know about my own counts too.

A friend and i were trying to work this out, and it takes HOURS, and possibly upto a day, (im only guessing there as we gave up trying after a few hours).

I went to his profile, he went to mine, over and over again while we were on here one day .
And both our efforts only counted as one.

I think it does this to stop people with multiple alts, or asking their friends to 'boost' their own view count .

So yeah, say if i went once a day to your profile ....itd count.

But not if i did it multiple times a day.
