Should this place let users have a block list that can be shared with other users, and implemented on their accounts if they choose to?

By sharing a block list, I don't mean just the texts of the usernames you've blocked, but an actual "thing" (for lack of a better word) that you can do something with.

No. Just because a person has a problem with another user it doesn't make it any mutual friends business.

If you're talking gross and despicable conduct block and report and use your judgment, post if necessary.
