Should this place let users have a block list that can be shared with other users, and implemented on their accounts if they choose to?

By sharing a block list, I don't mean just the texts of the usernames you've blocked, but an actual "thing" (for lack of a better word) that you can do something with.

Yahoo let that wipe out tens of millions of us one day in 2010. You reported me, you blocked me, now all the conservatives block me - suspended account!
You needed to shut off my section from being seen to maintain control. A version of that is functioning here, but the results aren't so obvious.
