Why are some members avatars totally blurred out?

Over the last month I have been starting to notice this.
Anyone know why the blur.
Those who I am blocked from seeing displey the SW logo, so not that.

When you make a post, it has to go in a forum/group. Once you make that post then the site automatically makes you a member of that forum/group.

We did not join those groups, the algorithm joined us up.
