Why are some members avatars totally blurred out?

Over the last month I have been starting to notice this.
Anyone know why the blur.
Those who I am blocked from seeing displey the SW logo, so not that.

Minors.

The algorithm determines your account as containing adult content not suitable for their age. Therefore, you get automatically blocked.

There is also the case of any avatars of accounts that might be deemed adult, or used adult avatars in the past. They get auto-blurred.

@Miram Just a small correction: "or used adult avatars in the past" - having used an adult avatar in the past doesn't make all future avatars be blurred. It depends on each avatar, and the context between that user and the viewer (content rating settings, etc).
