Could constant laughter be a sign of drug use?

And I mean constant laughter.

So there’s this woman. I’m not going to say quite yet who she is to me, but I’m a little concerned with her extremely loopy behaviour.

It doesn’t matter who she’s talking to, what she’s talking about, or what the situation is; she’s “ALWAYS LAUGHING” Even when she's on the phone with someone I’m around, I hear her on the other end just carrying on and laughing throughout the entire conversation, and it’s weird.

Like I wish I could explain how excessive it is; you walk up to her; she’s laughing before either of you speak; you answer her phone call and she’s already laughing; you’re having a serious conversation; she’s laughing; it’s honestly kind of creepy.

What do you think? Could it be drugs, or do I just need to not worry about it?

Constant laughter is a common “uncommon reaction to stress”

That sounds annoying to the extreme amount.
Doesn't sound normal or one of a stable solid mind.

@SW-User I remember back in Highschool years when I was High all the time. We we're smoking dank hot boxing his parents Car on the way home. An hour drive.

When we got there, I don't remember how our conversation started and my friend's dad made a comment that got me laughing...and then He's laughing.

We we're so High we laugh non stop....for like 10 to 20 minutes.

And I almost got caught on fire because my friend passed out with a joint catching the couch on fire XD. He was sitring right next tp me.

Those were the days.

@FreestyleArt This story made me laugh. I'm actually concerned that it might be a sign of drug use. It's really worrying me; I'm not sure how to approach it. I suppose I'll just have to see if it continues and go from there.

@SW-User it's probably the best you can do for now.

Drugs wear off. It is probably just her personality.

@Sojournersoul She's not overweight.
@SW-User Well so much for that. 😉. Maybe a medical condition.
