Blocking should be a last resort, not a first response . . .
Never blocked anyone in 8 years on EP and never blocked anyone on SW in 8 years. Yes, I've had stalkers, unsolicited naked pics (male and female), I've had abuse in my DMs but I never block. I just ignore the idiots and trolls and hey presto, they go away! How about you? Do you wear your blocked users as a badge of honor or does it take a lot before you reach for the button?

Yeah most people that block me I've never even spoke to and I've absolutely no idea who they are, LMAO!!!😆
But yeah I totally agree I've blocked about 10 people while I've been on here. The sorta that follow you around being all angry and verbally abusive but if they ain't bothering me I don't bother them, if I don't wanna see them on my feed I'll just mute em rather than resorting to blocking them. 乂º◡º乂
@AdaXI That sounds like a balanced way to look at it. Over the years, I've noticed I've been blocked by people I've never interacted with too. I guess we can't get along with EVERYONE lol
@afreshstart77 I think some people are like 'I don't like you got a 'T' sign by your name' or 'I don't like one particular comment than you made' or 'I don't like the fact you're older than 40' hahaha.🤣
Or something along that sorta line, like they've got some weird demographic going on in their heads 'I don't like you because both our names start with an 'A' so I'm gonna have to block you now' LOLZ!!!🤣🤣
Seriously though it is what it is, like you say you can't get along (or please) everyone 100% of the time and they'll always be someone blocking you for reasons you could not even begin to comprehend, like they'd just seem so petty and childish. 乂º◡º乂
