The only way you could actually force a relationship is with someone who is very weak.
Too weak to say no this isn't going to work out, too weak set up boundaries, too weak to stand up for themselves.
Anyone trying to force a relationship with someone who doesn't want it is someone who wants to control.
Rejection is very hard for some, but there's absolutely no dignity in begging someone to be in a relationship with you that doesn't want to or trying to manipulate the situation so they'll like you.
