It's concerning to hear that you're feeling this way, and it's important to acknowledge and address these emotions. Feeling tired, numb, and overwhelmed by heavy emotions can be signs of depression or other mental health issues. It's essential to prioritize your well-being and seek support when you're struggling.

Here are some steps you can take to start addressing these feelings:

Reach out for support: Talk to someone you trust about how you're feeling. This could be a friend, family member, teacher, or mental health professional. Sharing your thoughts and emotions with someone can help lighten the burden and provide perspective and support.

Consider therapy: A therapist or counselor can provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to explore your feelings, learn coping strategies, and develop a plan for managing your emotions. Therapy can be incredibly helpful in navigating difficult times and building resilience.

Practice self-care: Engage in activities that promote relaxation, self-expression, and emotional well-being. This could include exercise, hobbies, mindfulness or meditation, journaling, or spending time in nature. Taking care of yourself physically, emotionally, and mentally is essential for overall health and resilience.

Challenge negative thoughts: Recognize that negative thoughts and feelings are not permanent or definitive. Challenge negative self-talk and try to reframe your thoughts in a more positive or compassionate light. Remember that it's okay to ask for help and that you're not alone in your struggles.

Consider medication: In some cases, medication may be recommended as part of a comprehensive treatment plan for depression or other mental health conditions. Talk to a healthcare professional to discuss whether medication might be appropriate for you.

Reach out for emergency help if needed: If you're in crisis or feeling overwhelmed by thoughts of self-harm or suicide, please seek help immediately. Contact a trusted individual, call a crisis hotline, or go to the nearest emergency room for support and assistance.

Remember, it's okay to not be okay, and seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. You deserve support and compassion as you navigate these difficult emotions. Please take care of yourself and reach out for help when you need it.

@FrogManSometimesLooksBothWays i hopei can do that but I don’t know if we have that on my country or if we have i think it’s expensive. Since its not common on our country, we mostly just deal this with ourselves and go on with life
