How many of you joined SW with an expectation that you might one day meet someone here face to face?

For me it’s a place to shoot the breeze. But for some of you I understand it’s something more?

I just joined to post pics and exchange comments. But one or two friends here I'd like to meet if they ever visited Scotland but it's unlikely I think.

@DrWatson A friend on here said "Scotland is a beautiful country!" and I said "I could post some pics of not-so-beautiful areas if you like?" and he said "no just post the beautiful ones" 😆

@DrWatson Yes if course every country, every city, has scuzzy areas. I just often feel in the matter of truth and realism I should show some of those areas.
