💬 Time off of SW? 💬

I've noticed over the years through conversations that many times we say we need time off from here. I am curious, if this has happened to you why do you think that is ?

This is a distraction for me. There’s times that I need to be tuned into the world around me. That’s typically when I take my breaks

@Rumination this is what tends to happen to me as well. I enjoy being here but my life gets very busy requires my attention.
