Social Justice Warriors, commonly referred to as as [sic] SJWs, are people who defend other people in order to have some form of personal benefit. They generally defend those who are played as 'victims' in the case of social media
@Queendragonfly What is the source of that definition ? Because it’s possible to be called a SJW simply for speaking out against social injustice. The logical antithesis of the social justice warrior would be a social injustice warrior, and they certainly exist.
In the U.S. it’s a favorite right-wing slam, so I’m always on guard when I hear it. That and "virtue signaling".
