You know, there’s not really a paradox of tolerence

It’s simple really

If you want to create a place that’s inclusive to everyone you can’t actually include everyone

Because some people, a lot of people actually, make being who they are determining how everyone else should be living their life

And they won’t shut up about it because that’s who they are

It’s a toxin that infects everything. Life itself is cruel. Sometimes people need an escape from that. And when you fail to understand inclusivity you end up taking that escape away

You create the same cruelty people need a break from

It is about blocking. The cancer spreads. Infects. When you try to “include” everyone you only end up with a place where only the right type of people actually feel welcome

Because acceptance is a neutral state. It is a lack of action. But bigotry, hatred, and true intolerance are actions. And the inaction of acceptance won’t ever truly combat that

The bigotry will always take over

You don’t treat a disease by ignoring the symptoms

So that’s it

I’m done

This comes to the basic concept of intersecting rights and how freedom isn't actually free because freedoms have consequences and we have to actually put up with each other.

My freedom to shoot someone is over-ruled by their freedom to not be shot. If we can't square that we can't have a society.
