Am i doing something wrong?

I have my settings as

But all i see on my feed are posts from other users who i don't follow.
Do i need to make another adjustment?

I suggest you increase the "Relevant Content" to the maximum, as it being in the "Less" means that you get non-relevant people in the feed.

You can also use the preset "Friends Only, Time Based" button at the bottom of those settings.
