I suggest you increase the "Relevant Content" to the maximum, as it being in the "Less" means that you get non-relevant people in the feed.

You can also use the preset "Friends Only, Time Based" button at the bottom of those settings.

Ideally relevant content should be to the max bc rn that's saying you want more irrelevant content

are you hitting the new button when you search for posts?

This is what I'm set to and I see all my friends' posts.

It doesn't seem to matter how you have the settings. Even clicking on the "new" button it can say most recent post is five hours old and the next most recent post is five seconds.

maybe you don't follow enough people who make posts?

I have mine like this and in fairness, I seem to be ok, I see quite a lot posts, but they do get lost on me sometimes and don't show up in my history tab either
