Was a caretaker myself and only got a discount. The maintenance was hard work. Like clearing the property and roofing.

@DeWayfarer he dont clean up just does a half missed grass cutting dont weed eat at all

@Lilnonames this every year at least twice a year got cleared to the dirt. It's just the two acres around my place.

This absolutely must be done or the fire department will come in and charge the owner to have them clear it. I lived there for twelve years. Until the owner sold the place to marijuana growers.
