Why does this site limit everything?

Why can you only block a limited amount of people?
Why do you have to wait after liking a few comments or posts?
Why can you only delete a few things at a time?

It can be very inconvenient..

Limits can go up and down depending on your profile's reputation. Once you continue to be a good member on Similar Worlds, your limits will be increased and you will have more freedom.

They refuse to explain the very last. In fact they ignore any such questions even related to that last paragraph.
