Why does this site limit everything?

Why can you only block a limited amount of people?
Why do you have to wait after liking a few comments or posts?
Why can you only delete a few things at a time?

It can be very inconvenient..

They make everything difficult. It's a negative site. From the algorithm. The floating faces, the downvote the groups, the five step title to short to post the sliders etc...
