@Punches Small Penis Humiliation (SPH) falls under the category of masochism. It's unusual, I know, but they have an urge to go through it. Masochism is a paraphilia, meaning it turns them on.
They do it here for the anonymity. Facebook and other sites are usually non-anonymous, and their rules are more strict on nudity. They want to indulge on the side without friends and family knowing.

@DCarey
@Fretnought I do not know though how someone could be humiliated and turned on at the same time. I guess we all have fantasies that make no sense.
SW is small enough
I see what you did there. 🤭@Fretnought I do not know though how someone could be humiliated and turned on at the same time. I guess we all have fantasies that make no sense.
@Punches I have a paraphilia, too, so I can understand. I think we all have something that gets our motors going, but we don't say anything.

@Fretnought I mean did psychologists get together and decide, "Okay, anyone who has anything other than missionary sex through a hole in the bedsheet is abnormal."
I mean "vanilla" sex is as boring as it gets.

@Punches No, I don't think they did. When I was in college, I took a special interest in abnormal psychology. After school, I went straight to work in mental health. They're just names we give these cases. In some cases, they reach a point where the person has legal trouble (e.g., flashing in public, murdering someone, etc.)

@Fretnought If someone's sexual interests interferes with their ability to function in society then yeah it could be a problem but what if it is just the weird things that consenting adults do behind closed doors? Is it still considered abnormal?
@Punches In some cases. I guess society pretty much decides what's normal, and any deviation can be included. It's primarily to label it. Back in the 60s, homosexuality was considered a mental disorder in the DSM. It was removed later on. These things change with time. Each new edition of the DSM adds and takes away.
