Notifications about groups being morphed into other groups

I've not been here much lately, how do I turn these fecking group notifications off.

@Zaphod42 unsubscribed from all of your current groups. Those that are no longer available you still will be receiving notifications though.

That should limit the notifications since you no longer are subscribed to the major one's.
