Why does SW allow abusive people

Why, when we report abusive people does SW do nothing?

They tell us not to be abusive and hateful and to report offenders, then do nothing when you do!!

Do they think it's acceptable to have abusive people on board?

@SW-User that's easier said than done, a friend of mine on here is leaving because of the abuse she received.

@TheWildEcho though really you need to drown out the noise and not let what people say on here get under your /their skin, what other people say about you is none of your business and its a reflection of those peoples own issues

When I say you, I don't mean 'you' I mean whomever is having the issues
