How do I turn these bloody push notifications and their associated annoying sounds off?

It used to be under 'customise feed' way back when that was introduced. But let me guess, it's a VIP-only thing now?

Go to the bottom of your notifications and uncheck what you must have checked at some point. They aren't checked by default, I don't think.
