Only it shows a lot less info than searching through the feed.
I don't think I'll be using it, but let me give you best comment, so other people who visit this post can try your option too. 😃

It's called "Most relevant/Not seen yet" and yet it shows the exact same posts where I have seen, reacted to and commented on..

What else should I do so that it knows that this post was already seen? Get married with the OP?

It's limited, so I don't use it often.

I have to switch things up in order to see what all is out there. Not my idea of a good thing.

@Thevy29 When you go to your main feed there should be a 'Customise feed' button.
If you are on phone it is possible that you need to push a button with the ≡ icon on it first.
