This is just my guess...
Because it was taken from experience project which was meant to help people find and share those with similar experiences to learn from each other and take companionship from not being alone in what we go through.
Similar Worlds hearkens to the fact that we may all be different but in many situations we come from similar places. It's meant as a signifier of unity based on what we've been through in life.
