I came from E.P. also. I discovered E.P. because I was suffering from P.T.S.D. and someone had suggested that E.P. would be a good place to talk with other people. it helped a lot. I think it was a more caring site, SW is more where people come to unleash their inner sociopath i think.

@BlackBloodDemon yes, doing much, much better, I've actually been talking with some friends about teaching a particular form of meditation that helped me cure my PTSD. I have a bad memory so I don't remember much from E.P. but I vaguely remember it being better.
