A very well dressed man today claiming the bank wouldn't allow him to withdraw money so he was stuck in the rain and asked if he could come home with me until ths rain passed.

@DunningKruger he was a very well dressed and spoken Asian (probably indian) man with a small backpack. The genuine rough sleepers and homeless ask you outright for money. This one was desparate and dangerous.
