I always felt useless

I’m 26, I’ve always had a weak immune system and lots of stomach issues and I fainted a lot as a child and teen, I even coughed up a lot of blood before, my dad told me “that it look like something out of a horror movie” I tried getting my ged before I got very ill after a bad experience so doctors thought it was just in my head. My point is that I have never had a job before and everyone looks at me like I’m lazy and I should’ve contributed to society a long time ago, well that’s what my mother in law told me... i have ptsd, lots of anxiety and depression plus adhd so it’s even hard to focus on anything and sometimes I can’t even clean my room and I sleep a lot some days... I want to vent more but I’m afraid of being yelled at or make someone mad on here...

You need to fight to find out why you have all of these symptoms.
Strength is sometimes physical but the most important kind of strength is mental and come from within.
And no matter who you are at some point you have to just do your best and stop caring what others think about you.
