@Stereoguy Yeah. Everything screws metal everything; even new tools because the factories are shut down. Luckily for me I found a saw mill that does timber cutting and Kiln dried boards! I just finished framing the second floor bedrooms and full bath in timbers. No boards put up yet.
@Stereoguy Thank you. 1536 square feet on each of the two floors. Big project but I did it to market and sell later as well as family and friend entertainment area. Used the cedar and popular trees from my farm that had to be moved for the house placement as the post and rails for my stairs. this is what I am finishing now.
