How do you deal with a control freak at work?

The coworker that’s always telling you how you should do your job and attempts to correct what you say when really there’s nothing wrong with what you’re saying- you’re just not saying it the same exact way they would 🙄

@smiler2012 yeah I hear that. I guess I’m getting pissed wondering why he can’t accept this either...that I too am not broken and need to be fixed. I’m also afraid that if I let it go that I’m enabling the behavior and something even more controlling would happen next.
