Trying to move on from constant grieving

After battling the effects of a bad fall for a few weeks, my dad died late last week. He was doing great before he fell, so strange that he's gone. If you haven't spoken to your parents lately, reach out to them.

sorry to here this i can really understand my dad had a fall with a stroke and broke his hip he never made it either and i understand you are grieving it hurts so much but it does get better in time you will always have the happy times to look back on keep your chin up tried to be strong
It's necessary to grieve, nothing wrong with having any of the feelings that come with it. In the end, it makes it easier to appreciate the good things about the person, and to understand and forgive their mistakes.

I wish you well.

Took me awhile to grieve. When it (heart attack?) happened I was okay with it. Now I miss him terribly. Everyone's different and nobody can tell you okay you can stop grieving now.
