I'd like to be able to filter users by lies

I know it isn't possible but it would be great if there was a BS filter that could remove those who are fakes from showing up. It's sad seeing these people post lie after lie and know that some users won't realise it's all bogus.

@Frank52 Just people you know are fakes. Men pretending to be women, or trans, or younger even. There are some weird users on here and it can be exhausting.
