Looks like you were better cut last year. Rear delts were more defined. Your triceps are a bit bigger this year. Lats need a bit more work but looks good.

@Synyster that's another thing I seem to have a hard time building up is my biceps I'll even add more sets to my workout too like today for example I did 6 sets of hammer curls and 6 sets of standard curls and 4 sets of the rope curls where you stretch your arms out and curl I forgot what that was called and lastly I used the machine to curl plus I did back also

The curl machine I can do 125 lbs and the most I can do with hammer is 40
