Looks like you were better cut last year. Rear delts were more defined. Your triceps are a bit bigger this year. Lats need a bit more work but looks good.

I will be honest. It looks like you've been doing the same routine... which your body can tolerate. To seek more improvement... You're going to have to add extra steps to push the pain more for better results. Perhaps new food diet? No more alchohol. Water diet only.

It’s hard to tell. Last year, you weren’t holding your phone, so could flex better, and the angle is different this year. You still have good muscle definition either way. Have you changed your workout?
