Is there a way to filter notifications?

I don’t need to know every time someone else responds to something that I’ve also responded to. If it’s not toward me, I don’t care lol.

Yes. Next to each notification there is a little button that says Stop. If you click that button you will not longer receive notifications about that particular post.
