If both persons have enough intelligence to disagree and showcase their reason for disagreement then that's the very definition of public discourse.
Otherwise if one person acts classless the other can use the same method.
Problems only result from seriously wrong thinking becomes a crowd thought and the person acts like a pissedoff donkey.
