What do you think? (Work in Progress)

I was wondering in a comment thread when someone in it is blocked instead of just dropping the tag, in which case we don’t know who the comments directed at, maybe the dropped tag could be replaced with “@blocked” to reduce confusion on the conversation.

This is the kind of feature we can get behind.
