Does anyone here have work friends

I try to stay civil with my coworkers but I also try not to get too clingy with them, because as always people then use you, talk shit, and you wonder why you even got involved in the first place. It’s one thing to make your money and act for the sake of your paycheck, but when it’s time to go home, take no shit, no fake friends, no desire to be validated by others so much that we end up giving ourselves away.

Well I'm a residential grounds keeper and I work by myself so my work friends all have 4 legs deer, cats and dogs. Cheers!
