No, it's helpful to know this to understand the perspective of the poster. I think the approx location should be provided too as many forums do. Even with all this you still have anonymity.

Such deception should be reported to the SW people.
And they know the poster's IP address.

@kayle Do it--and SW will kick YOU off. Sounds ass backwards don't it? There is a REPORT button but if you use it you are defaming the OTHER person and SW warns YOU not to do it again--or else you're gone.
