Total noob question. But why are some peoples profile pictures are blurred out while i scroll through stories? XD

You can choose to blur your profile picture. Alternatively, they might be underage users. Your profile picture is blurred out to me, so I am guessing you are under 18.

@OtakuGirl Yep, that's why. Profiles marked as below 18 are treated differently. I can see your profile picture in my notifications, but not on your comments. And when I click your profile it says I cannot view it.
