If someone bought a VIP just to block more than 500 people, but their subscription eventually ended

would SW automatically unblock some of the people ex VIP blocked?

It would throw open the unblocks like a closet door stuffed to the gills that finally fails.

Those that have been blocked become notified that it is ok to message the person.
