How to create group on SW ?

It seems the powers that be wont trust us to do right thing,and with all the morons,kids playing adults,trolls ,stalkers ,and just plain nutters running around ....you cant blame them,its pretty much the only control they have .🤔

Users can't. The groups where inherited from the old, now-extinct EP site (where anyone could make groups). So now people use "Questions" if they want to use a "title" not found in story groups...
