Does using your real photo make you gain more attention on SW?

I'm somewhat conflicted. I'd suggested a friend to use real photo.

@SwanNual Yes, and also people started using my profile picture as their own to mock me, which is already bothersome when I'm using a cartoon avatar like I am now, but I don't want my real face being hijacked by some asshole on the web.
