Have you spoken with Andrew and/or Nuno?

Was having trouble with the browser I use to chat here yesterday, Opera Mini. Works better on my phone, which has low ram, than Google Chrome. Nuno spent 2 hours working on the issue for me. We'd never spoken before. That was pretty nice of him.
