Should I go with my confidence or b little safer

Life is at very important point where I have two options and I need to choose one.
One is where future is not certain but the confidence is that I can make it better and stay happy. Other option is too choose the safety financialy but family life will be hamper.
What to do.

@Mamapolo2016 it's about career, I either have to leave family and stay at other place or I resign and built my career new way

Distance makes things difficult, but if you have a strong family and make them confident that you are there when they need you and you're home when you can be, you can make it work. It needs to be a real commitment on your part, though,

Why can't they go with you?

I have beautifully set up my home and everything, friends relative all are around and specially my mother who is aging and not very well in health Dnt want to leave the place as feels moving away in end of life from all relatives is like nothing worst.
If I move alone I will miss the childhood of my 4 year old son who will grow fast in coming years.
Either I live happily with family with some extra efforts or just go.
